only have one testis

I just want to ensure if a man only have one testis, is he consider as a normal person? How much is the percentage to get children?

Regarding to this question, even a man have only one testis but it doesn’t effect the fertilization. As long as it can give the normal erection so it’s still consider normal. If a man wants to know the level of fertilization, he can consult a doctor whether he can produce the sperms or not by using the FHS test.
